1:1 Hands-on Yin
A hands on approach to Yin Yoga for deep opening, release & reconnection, in-person.
Maybe you’ve been holding…
—tension, responsibility, the weight of everyday life, without even meaning to do so. There’s a tightness in your body. A low hum in your system. A subtle ache that doesn’t quite go away.
Maybe a clench in your hips, a subtle bracing in your belly, or aching in your bones. Life asks a lot of you… and your body remembers.
Maybe you’ve been doing all the right things — stretching, moving, breathing, slowing down. Still, something lingers. A layer just beneath the surface, waiting to melt.
These sessions are
A slow, sensory immersion in Yin Yoga, enhanced with intuitive touch, holds, and embodied presence. Designed to unwind tension and invite your body into deeper states of ease and surrender.
This is where softness becomes sacred. Does your body need to be invited to soften? To yield? To be guided back into its natural rhythm?
Yin bodywork is where touch meets tissue, breath deepens, and your body begins to open.
What if your body didn’t need more effort,
but more gentleness?
What if release came not through striving,
but through sensation?
Here, you will receive…
Attuned Presence: You’ll be lovingly held in a safe, sacred container that honours your boundaries and respects your pace.
Intuitive Hands-on Support: I’ll offer physical assists that invite release, deepen your postures, and gently unlock long-held tension.
Tailored Practice: Each session is crafted for your unique body, energy, and needs — whether you seek stress relief, flexibility, emotional release or a reclamation of your senses.
Sacred Stillness: Spaciousness to drop into parasympathetic rest, the place where healing and integration unfold.
Somatic Reconnection: A chance to reclaim your body not as a project to fix — but as a temple to come home to
Ready to return to your body temple?

““In the quiet potency of yin yoga and sacred touch, healing reveals itself. Touch, when offered with deep reverence, becomes more than physical—it becomes medicine. The body is gently stretched and supported, the nervous system soothed, and the body remembers how to soften. What was once bound begins to breathe again. Here, softness becomes strength, and the body’s innate wisdom guides the way home.”.”

My Journey with Yin
Yin Yoga changed the way I understood yoga — and myself.
After a lifetime in the fitness industry, my world had been shaped by intensity: strong workouts, high impact, pushing through. But when I found Yin, something shifted. I didn’t need to force, strive, or perfect.
I learned that Yin isn’t about how the pose looks — it’s about how it feels. It’s about softening. Listening. Surrendering.
Yin met me in a season of life where gentleness had become sacred. I fell in love with this tender, potent practice. It showed me the power of stillness, the healing in slowness, and the quiet strength of being present with sensation.
Experiencing this through tough and gentle guidance, is exquisite. Learn more about me here.
