Hey beautiful spirit, I’m Elizabeth.
Thank you for following your curiosity here.
Is a voice within you calling? Inviting you inward? Is your intuition guiding you to break free from old patterns? Nudging you to understand yourself more deeply
I’m not here as someone who has it all figured out.
I’m walking this human path too—through trauma, love, relationships, motherhood, loss, and grief. Through numbing and striving, body-loathing and self-doubt. Through not daring to follow my dreams because I didn’t feel ‘enough.’ I made mistakes, hurt those I loved, and kept others at arm’s length—too afraid of being truly seen.
Over time, I found ways to soften.
I learned I wasn’t broken, that I could feel safe in my skin, respond instead of react, and be kinder to myself and others. I discovered how to accept my whole self, to surrender, and to know deeply that I am enough.
Professionally, I weave together three decades of study, training, and life experience
—coaching, NLP, hypnotherapy, Gene Keys, Yin Yoga, Reiki, meditation, fitness, stress management, and community support. My devotion is to walk beside others, holding a sanctuary of safety, acceptance, and freedom.
Using somatic practices like yin yoga, shadow-work approaches such as the Gene Keys, I hold space for a gentle emotional unfurling and embodied remembrance, to address survival patterns, reconnect with inner knowing, and reawaken what has long been silenced or shut down.
To me, a temple isn’t a building
—it’s a living, breathing field. A felt space of reverence and restoration that we can create anywhere: in community, in nature, in our homes.
Ultimately, the temple is you. The doorway is found in a pause—in entering softness.
This journey into softening isn’t what we are taught in this relentlessly paced world that keeps our nervous systems running in overdrive, our muscles tense, our digestion compromised, our bodies tired and achey.
Through the temple of the body, we go into the inner sanctum of your depth.
