Enter The Temple Within

Hello beautiful bright souls,

As the seasons shift, so too does the landscape of my work.
Today, I tenderly close the chapter of The She Spot—a name and offering that held so much of my earlier path in women’s empowerment, body reclamation, and sacred space holding.

And now, I step forward into something that feels both ancient and brand new.

Enter the Temple Within

This feels like so much more than just a business name.
It’s a sacred invocation—a remembering.
A soft invitation to come home to yourself, to meet the wisdom of your body, and to reconnect with the inner sanctuary that has always been waiting.

Over the years, I’ve walked through many roles—fitness coach, parent educator, mental health advocate, ceremonial space holder, and sacred feminine mentor. Alongside these, I’ve held the many roles life asked of me within the web of family, friendship, and community.

At heart of it all, the essence that’s served me most—

and which I now offer in return— is the art of softening.

My offerings now live partly online, and partly in the lush in-person world I so deeply love.

Online, I offer:

  • 1:1 coaching sessions, supporting you to rediscover the temple within—through shadow work, Gene Keys contemplation, NLP, hypnotherapy, and soulful coaching

  • Zoom calls designed for connection, insight, and transformation

  • Guided inner journeys for those ready to alchemise their suffering

In person, I offer

  • Weekly Yin Yoga classes in Rockingham and Byford, Perth, Australia

  • Hands-on Yin sessions (1:1), blending therapeutic touch, sacred rest, and deep listening

  • Experiential workshops, Gene Keys gatherings and retreats

This is a space of wild raw beauty, slowing down, and freedom.

A place to be witnessed without needing to perform.
A place to unfurl.
To remember.
To soften into truth.
