You… the woman navigating perimenopause and beyond…
…are invited to unlock the wisdom and alchemy of your Gene Keys in midlife. In a closed, intimate circle, we gather twice monthly for somatic exploration of relationships, sensuality, humour, love, loss, to embrace and embody the pause in meno’pause’
With Catherine Cerulli and Elizabeth Morris
Are you noticing…..
The yearning to slow down, soften, and meet yourself honestly?
The weight of having held so much for so long?
Changes in your energy, emotions, and hormones? Your body no longer responding as it once did? A body that clearly tells you what it needs, in no uncertin terms.
You're becoming more sensitive, or perhaps less sensitive? More honest with yourself and others, less willing to people-please? More self-honouring, less self-sacrificing? More inclined to listen to your body, less concerned with how it is perceived? Revering life, your body, the Earth more…. with less interest in the bullshit?
Changes in your relationships, whether living alone, with a partner, raising teenagers, living with young adults, an empty nester, embracing grandchildren, or grieving loss?
A quiet authority beginning to rise, not loud, not forced, but lived? A readiness to meet your shadows and welcome your gifts? To be reborn, to face your fire and dive into your waters?
Whether you are feeling the early shifts of perimenopause, in the thick of the fiery heat of change, or floating in quieter waters, you belong here.
We Offer…
A closed, intimate circle of women offering presence, trust, and depth.
Twice-monthly Zoom gatherings, accompanying the Venus Sequence through an embodied exploration of your Gene Keys, on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month.
A space to descend beneath the surface… into your relationships, your body, and your lived experience, exploring grief, sensuality, playfulness, personal power, tenderness, and truth.
A return to the body through somatic practices, and softening, a reconnection with its innate wisdom.
The Commitment
The Venus Sequence asks something of all of us.
It invites us to find our pause, even in the most difficult moments.
You are not here to be fixed. You are here to meet yourself, honestly and deeply.
You show up. You take responsibility. You honour the space, the group, and yourself.
And so do we.
We are women who have walked this path together. We walk beside you, holding this space with integrity, humour, care and depth.
Catherine Cerulli https://genekeys.com/g/catherine-cerulli/ From a young age, Catherine came to know illness, suicide, death, grief, and healing as part of life’s landscape—an experience that shaped her deep devotion to compassionate, heart-engaged care. Through both light touch (such as acupressure) and gentle presence (often infused with humor), she offers grounded, evidence-based support for life’s challenges and transitions. With over 50 years of experience as a teacher and healing arts practitioner, alongside her roles as a caregiver, grief educator, and hospice volunteer, her work is enriched by both professional training and lived wisdom. Rooted in the contemplative path of the Gene Keys, Catherine supports midlife and older women—individually or in groups, in person or remotely—to access their own inner guidance and transformation. Designed to foster community, she shares grounded insight with simplicity and compassion, and it is an honor for her to walk alongside others on this path of exploration.
Elizabeth Morris https://genekeys.com/g/elizabeth-morris/ Elizabeth weaves over three decades of study, training, and lived experience into a deeply embodied approach to healing and self-discovery, drawing from coaching, NLP, hypnotherapy, Yin Yoga, meditation, fitness, stress management, and community care. Her work is devoted to guiding others into the art of softening—holding a sanctuary of safety, acceptance, and freedom where the body can unwind and the heart can gently open. Through somatic practices and contemplative, shadow-aware approaches, she supports a quiet emotional unfurling, helping to release survival patterns, restore inner connection, and reawaken what has long been silenced or held. With a presence that is both grounded and reverent, Elizabeth walks beside those who feel called, inviting them to meet themselves more honestly, to trust the wisdom within, and to rediscover the innate wholeness that has always been there—waiting, beneath the surface, to be remembered.
